Making
A Purchase
With our very
simple e-shop format, making a purchase is easy. Just browse our catalogue,
and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping
cart, you will then be able to continue shopping, if you wish to order
other items, or proceed to the checkout and complete your transaction.
If you wish to
amend/cancel an item on your order please select " View/Amend
Order" where
you will be able to amend your order prior to sending.
Should you wish
to cancel your order you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery
for a full refund of the purchase price, outside of 7 days a handling
fee may apply - call for details.
Shipping
And Handling
Standard
Delivery is FREE of charge to the UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland).
We always use standard First Class post unless you specify otherwise.
Using First Class automatically insures your products to a value of up
to £ 27.00.
Further insurance is available if you wish to pay for it. Also, we can
send your order by Recorded Delivery for an extra 63p per parcel, which
will allow it to be tracked and require it to be signed for.
At no extra cost
we will automatically send your parcel by Special Delivery or courier
if it is worth over £ 27.00.
Delivery
Schedule
Orders are usually
dispatched the same working day by the methods explained above. Please
allow 2-5 working days for delivery (UK Mainland)- the majority of orders
however are received the following working day.
Tax Charges
We do not charge
V.A.T at present.
Credit Card Security
All credit card
numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128
bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee
our compatible products to perform to at least the same standards as the
Original product. All of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer

to return any items to us please contact our customer service department

to obtain a returns
number to enclose with your receipt of purchase. We also recommend obtaining
a free certificate of posting for all items returned to us (in the unlikely
event that Royal Mail looses them).
